Operation
We arrange delivery for wholesale orders from foodservice, supermarkets and distributors; each dispatch is agreed at the quoting stage, by volume and presentation. We do not deliver to homes for individual consumption: delivery is exclusively for wholesale orders.
The product is processed and frozen at the plant, and kept in an unbroken cold chain from packing to delivery. What we distribute
Our strength is the species with the highest turnover in Costa Rican foodservice. Tuna arrives as loin, medallion and cuts ready for poke or burgers; mahi-mahi as fillet, steaks and portions of even weight.
