Formats and cuts
We handle wild shrimp — jumbo PDTO tail-on in sizes U-10 and U-12, and pinky PD in 41-50, 51-60 and 61-70 — alongside seasonal dried shrimp, headless and peeled.
For raw farmed shrimp we work a size table by count per pound — from the Large (26-30, 36-40) and Medium (41-50, 51-60) groups down to Small (61-70, 71-90) — peeled, deveined and tail-off, in 8 x 2.5 kg and 10 x 1 kg per master case. We arrange the cut and the packing to match the order volume.
